When life gets overwhelming what do you do? For most people, they try to ‘work through it’ or ‘wait it out’. Sometimes that works but for most, it doesn’t. I want you to know I understand those feelings of being stuck, confused, and discouraged.

I was once there myself. It was through my own journey in therapy I was able to see more clearly, to finally come to terms with my past and the way I saw myself/others – and to start taking initiative to truly live life rather than just going through it.

Therapy gave me the skills. My mission is to do the same for you.

I believe understanding my client’s pain and their story are cornerstones to building a therapeutic relationship of trust and collaboration. I use my experience and training to show you a new way of responding rather than reacting. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, sex/porn addiction, stress management, anger, self-esteem issues, boundaries, childhood trauma, etc., I would love to work with you.

I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) who can help those struggling with porn addiction and other sexually compulsive sexual behaviors. I have training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), childhood trauma, mindfulness, EFT tapping, DBT, and EMDR.
